The aroma is a medium woodsy. Dark, twisted leaves. The liquor, after a five minute steep, is a very dark brown. Flavor is good, with a mild spicy after taste. This tea will be added to my regular rotation. Easy to sip all day.

Beautiful large leaves. The aroma is wood and spice, not pronounced. The liquor is a medium amber after a 5 minute steep. Taste is clean with a slight malt after taste. I'd say this is a good tea for sipping. For me, no sugar or milk needed.

The aroma is nice, with a subtle sweetness, earning the 'winey' designation. The liquor brewed (five minutes) to a dark brown. Solid Assam taste with a slight tangy after taste that stays on the tongue. This tea might pair well with milk or sugar.

I always buy tea bags for eating in restaurants. In the USA, Lipton is the tea offered. I have been trying different brands of bagged tea. This was my first taste of Typhoo. It has a strong taste that does not linger in your mouth. Very dark brew. Has a nice punch that will pair well with an omelette.

Pleasant and mild aroma, this tea has a nice appearance. Dark leaves with some golden tips. The liquor is dark brown with a hint of honey color. Tasty and smooth on the tongue. A nice hint of malt.
