Among the Tazo varieties this one is just a mystery to me. So much as touch this to your water and you have a bitter steep. Maybe it's the fannings in there. I don't know, but this is a pretty astringent Earl Gray without a lot of complexity (dull and muted, in terms of flavor).

One of my favorite blends--particularly with respect to the price. The flavor is smooth, the citrus noticeable but neither fake nor overwrought; and no matter how long I let this steep, I don't detect any bitterness. I bought 100 grams to start out with, but I expect this to be a staple of my tea cabinet from now on.

This an excellent steep! I feel you get a 5 star Earl Grey product for the price of a 3 star product and thats why I give this tea a perfect rating. Cheap, amazing in both flavor and aroma, and a overall great tea.

This is a very ordinary tea. The bergamot tastes old and stale, and has a smoky, stale bouquet.
There are many better choices available.
