The aroma of this tea is bright, bold, and malty with a hint of pecans and dried leaves. Very much a standard black tea indeed!

The aroma is a wonderful mix of earthiness and spice, especially cardamon. Once brewed the flavor becomes earthy, loamy, and spicy. It reminds me of a spiced forest floor. The brewed tea has an oaky aroma also with cardamon.
