The description of Ten Ren's white tea in tea bags is pretty accurate. The taste is mild and a bit earthy, and actually not so different from their wulong teas. This Foojoy Shoumei has similar color to their Bai Mudan. The aroma is milder in the Shoumei, and has a hint of fruit. The aroma of this tea is a bit mild and slightly floral. The aroma and taste are both delicate and refreshing, and a bit toasty.
