A great little spot, its a stable to any local of Lewes. Great teas loose and package teas with free refills. They also specialize in flavored coffee that is roasted on the site.
Tea available are mostly from Metropolitan Tea Company. They are all loose but they will bag individuals by request.

I love this coffee shop, and it has a surprisingly good loose-leaf tea selection, which it both serves to order if you treat this place like a cafe or coffee shop, but also sells in bulk. The prices are reasonable and the selection is large. Although there were a lot of flavored teas, I found a number of pure teas to satisfy my desires.
Although the teas are stored in glass jars (metal or another opaque material would be preferable for freshness), they are stored in the back of the store, well away from the bright light of the storefront's windows.
As a cafe, I like this place. It can get pretty crowded though during the busy times in the summer. The people who work here are super nice. There are great baked goods and the food here is actually pretty good, if you want to order something for lunch. I really appreciate being able to have a cup of fresh-brewed tea of good quality, with my meal though...it's a shame how rare this experience is in the U.S. and this is one of the few places I've found in Delaware where I've been able to have this!
This place also gives you a great opportunity to sample and buy the teas from Metropolitan Tea Company. Metropolitan is wholesale-only; it does not sell to the general public, and unfortunately, some companies that sell their teas "rebrand" them as their own. I appreciate that this company keeps the original labels on the jars and is open about where they get their teas from.
Basically, I love this place, I recommend stopping by if you're ever in Lewes, whether it's to eat, enjoy a good cup of tea, or buy some loose-leaf tea to go.
