This is a classic chamomile, moderately fruity, but not the fruitiest I've tried. I steeped it for a very long time, but it did not become unpleasantly bitter, which is good. The differences between different batches of chamomile I've had are subtle, but I think this is among the better ones.
Sweeter and smoother than average, yet very full-bodied. One of the best I've tried in quite some time.
