The first time I made this tea, I brewed it too long (5 minutes) and it was really strong, and too bitter, but when I brewed it for 3 minutes, it was just right. I often like my tea really strong and I have to brew it for a long time. This tea is good. It tastes a lot like other Ceylon teas I've tried, which I usually like. Not very remarkable to me. I added cream and sugar.
