Aroma darker and more earthy, less fruity, than other rooibos I've tried. Flavor smooth but with some zing to it, without being bitter or too sour. Some astringency, but not too much.

I like this much, much better than other "non-wild" red rooiboses that I've tried. Although I still prefer green rooibos, this is my favorite red rooibos so far, in terms of the quality. It's a bit on the weak side, though...in my opinion you can only (barely) get one good cup out of each teabag, which places it on the pricey side.
