Review of Keemun Black Tea

I've liked most of the products Arbor Teas offers, so I was little bit disappointed with this one.
Smells mean a lot to me and this tea didn't deliver. It smelled smokey, which I normally like, but this was a little too much like an ash tray. The smell is really the only thing I found disagreeable about this tea, as I thought the taste was full-bodied and toasty.
I've been told that this tea is a little unusual for a Keemun, so I'm willing to give others a try!

I also found this one to be smoky, in a different way from how Keemun is normally smoky. I definitely don't think this is a typical example of Keemun, so, while I liked it more than you seem to have liked it, I recommend checking out other examples of this type of tea!

My favorite Keemun that I think is a good example of a typical Keemun is TeaVivre's Keemun grade 1, so I'd definitely recommend that one.
