I'm having mixed feelings about this tea. Initially the smell was amazing, the dry leaf had a complex and spicy aroma. I wasn't as excited about the smell of the tea once it was brewed, the smell lost all of it's spice tones and reminded me of most basic black teas. The taste was pretty basic as well and also reminded me of most mainstream black teas. I did appreciate the nice roasty taste.
