It's not my all-time favorite chai, but this tea is very solid. The cardamom flavor is the most notable and it provides a certain briskness to it. You should, in my opinion, definitely add a bit of sugar and milk (creamer works too if that's all you have at your job). This really makes it an enjoyable, fairly invigorating tea--a tasty, reliable morning drink, especially if you're used to coffee. (When I drank it closely before going to sleep, the caffeine kept me up more than I expected it to.)

The bags are quite fill of fannings. I bought a container of 25 for $3 and easily got 2 cups out of each bag, making this quite a deal.
