This is a great tea for most people. Green tea can be more of an acquired taste and red(black) tea can be heavy on the tannins, but this white peony is right in the middle of tea flavors. Both the smell and the taste are more floral than other teas, so beware if you decide to steep it extra strong. You can steep the tea a number of times before it runs out of flavor though and it can be paired with most moods and meals.
