This is a simple but charming tisane, made entirely of organic ginger, lemongrass, and orange peel. It is naturally very sweet, and even a teaspoon of honey or sugar makes it taste very sugary. The lemongrass dominates, with the orange and ginger playing supporting roles. I have to take a couple of points off for the very fine grind - the tiny pieces get all over the place. But it is a very enjoyable tisane and well worth the price.
