Half-litre pot at home, made from a mixture of organic black tea leaves, pieces of organic orange peel and safflower blossom and orange oil. Pours nearly clear dark amber (against white china) with no sediment. Clear aroma of black tea leaves and orange. Mildly bitter flavour of black tea, with pronounced citric and fruity notes of orange. Mild palate, with fruity touches, turning astringent towards the end. A good orange tea, tastes and smells better when just mildly warm, so patience is advised here. Fair price (€5.10 per 100 g).
