Review of Chamomile

Very weak for a chamomile, in spite of the generous quantity of leaf / flower that I used. I let this brew 7 minutes, and it was still on the thin side. However, I found that the flavor of this chamomile was more pleasing. It has a little bit of a more crisp quality to it, and less of the muted bitter aftertaste that keeps chamomile from being one of my favorite herbals. The overall quality of the aroma was only faintly fruity and not at all floral...it was more straw-like, but not particularly strong.
Smooth and mild, no objectionable qualities, but not my favorite chamomile.
