Commercial Description

Koto no Tsuki is an Koicha or ‘thick’ Matcha used for Chanoyu or The Way of Tea (Japanese Tea ceremony). Very rich and bright, this Matcha has a lingering and sweet herbaceous finish.

Brewing Instructions: (from Admari Tea)

Using a Chashaku (Bamboo Tea Scoop), scoop a teaspoon into a Chawan (tea bowl). Take freshly boiled yet cool water and pour over Matcha. Using your Chasen (Bamboo Whisk) whisk the powder into a froth. Use approximately 1 teaspoon to 4 ounces water.
