Commercial Description
This is a lovely winter Mao Xie with a light, delicate liquor and pleasant floral aroma. Mao Xie is known as ‘hairy crab’ because of the abundance of fine hairs on the leaves. This tea has become one of the most famous and popular oolongs because of its remarkable flavour and affordable price.
Brewing Instructions: (from Canton Tea Co)
Use about 2 tsp per cup (200ml) and brew around 85°C (185°F), allow to steep for 2-3 minutes and infuse at least 3 times.
