The Champagne of Teas! With this black variety, “second flush” refers to the time of harvest – June – which gives the tea a distinct, muscatel spiciness. From the Singbulli Tea Estate in West Bengal, the abundant rainfall here lends itself to the astringent flavor that’s a Darjeeling hallmark.
