These Jasmine Pearls has a base of of high grade Fujian green tea. Made in the traditional manner, their rolled with fresh local jasmine flowers scattered over them and left to absorb the jasmine flavour. The petals are removed by hand and the process is repeated with fresh petals 7 times. The taste is fresh, well balanced and rewarding.
