Commercial Description

...Picked in early spring it has a deep green leaf twisted by hand and dried in revolving cylinders over heat. When brewed the characteristic snail-like spirals unfurl in the teapot to their natural leaf form. In the cup it is greeny gold in colour with a subtle floral nose and a delicately sweet, fresh flavour.
