Commercial Description
Red leaf shiso, a classic Japanese herb, adds a surprising twist to a top-tier sencha. Shiso’s refreshing tartness brings to mind nothing else than the celebrated umeboshi (pickled plum), one of Japan’s most famous flavors. This intriguing play on flavors makes it an excellent summer cooler.
