Commercial Description
Iron Buddha (tie guan yin, an oolong tea) is the classic Chinese green tea, refreshing and light. We've selected a special variety which has a slightly crisp and tingling aftertaste that refreshes the taste buds and cleans the palette. It's especially good to serve before a meal with appetisers.
Brewing Instructions: (from Min River Tea Farm)
Use boiling water, and steep for roughly 1 minute.
