This delightful, hand processed, green oolong is grown high in the Fujian mountains in China. Famous for its “milky” taste and silky texture, this tea has the alluring fragrance of sweet cream and pineapple. The flavor is smooth with light, orchid notes. Great for multiple infusions.

I'm honestly not sure whether or not I'm tasting the "milky" quality intended, but silky and smooth are quite accurate. I would also say it has a soothing, muted, simple flavor. I've only tried a few straight oolongs and not been a big fan of them, but this one tastes quite comforting. It'd made a very nice everyday drinking tea. The more I drink it, the better I like it.
