Water: Boiling / Leaves: 1 tablespoon per 8 ounces / Infusion Time: 5–6 minutes

Very rich and complex, and significantly different from other yerba mate I've tried, although definitely with the characteristic qualities of yerba mate. Overall green character with no evidence of roast.
Aroma is of straw with a hint of tobacco, licorice, and cinnamon. Flavor is slightly sweet, with a very sweet and somewhat bitter aftertaste.
Yet again, I am highly impressed by another of Rishi's offerings.
