Commercial Description
Pouchong teas are lightly fermented and classified between oolongs and green teas. The long olive-green leaves, with white tips, impart a delicate earthy aroma and brew to a light pale cup with underlying taste characteristics of a fine Darjeeling.
Brewing Instructions: (from Simpson & Vail)
Brew tea at 180ยบ - steep for 2 minutes.
