This is a superb tea. It is very rich, very sweet, with a bit of a pepper kick to ground it. I am a huge fan of Yunnan and while this isn't the very best Yunnan, (that would be wasted in a blend) it is of high enough quality to carry the very good Jasmine. This is not an ethereal Jasmine, but a very solid one. I put the remains of the large pot in the fridge and was rewarded with some top notch ice tea. thepuriTea lets you make up your own sample pack and their samples are nicely packaged and generous.
