...Fo Shou or Yong Chun Buddha’s Hand. This lightly oxidized oolong shows some astringent value, accompanied with very earthy tones, mellowed out with hints of honey, in flavor. The liquor itself yields a mist yellow infusion however, the second time you steep it gives the resemblance of a majestic burnt amber, in color.
