For a bagged tea, this isn't bad. It diffuses quickly and has a pleasantly strong aroma and flavor. The cinnamon is at a good intensity for me and it blends well with the black tea. This will be part of my collection of bagged teas at work from now on.

I really enjoy the coconut and spices in this tea. The flavors are strong yet blend well, and the tea doesn't go bitter with brewing. The aroma of the dry tea is especially strong. This isn't your average chai... it's mild, taking more cues from the white tea than the chai, but has a slightly spicy aftertaste. Actually, it reminds me a bit of a thin egg-nog.
