Peach Black Tea from Stash Tea
Style: Fruit Black Tea – Region: ?????25 / 100 Aroma: 4/10 Flavor: 1/5 Value: 1/5

This tea was awful. I truly couldn't get past the artificial peach flavor. I tried mixing it with a chai tea to make it drinkable (peaches and cinnamon seem like they should go together) but somehow it made it worse. It was like drinking potpourri. Another reviewer mentioned making an iced tea with celestial seasonings...

Aroma is bergamot and black tea. Flavor is light sweet with a dry finish. Not the best of Earl Grey's.

I really have been loving this tea since receiving it as a christmas present. My favorite thing about it is the full rich taste without additives. I dont like to add anything but a bit of stevia to my Teas, and sometimes I find that a tea doesnt have a sweet aromatic flavor without the addition of cream or sugar, but t...

The oversized sachet contains 3g of black tea that is broken, but large pieces. The orange scent is strong and there's a kind of vanilla sweetness that is almost cloying. Even so, the aroma of the tea comes through, smelling perhaps like either a Darjeeling or Chinese tea. Unfortunately, the packaging doesn't indicate ...

As of this writing, the Cracker Barrel restaurant chain has started offering this tea as their mainstay Earl Grey for service, without telling the customer up front that it is decaffeinated. My wife ordered hot tea, expecting the usual (if tolerable) Lipton rubbish, and got this rubbish instead.
I need to qualify t...

The dry teabag smells mostly of cinnamon. There's a hint of citrus, but not near what I was expecting from the name.
Adding the hot water releases a distinct and pleasant lemon scent, but cinnamon is still the dominant aroma.
The taste is yet different. It definitely tastes of lemon oil or peel and is much strong...

I would tend to agree with the other reviews I've seen with regards to the flavor, but only because the aroma is so strong that I think the expectations for the taste are elevated. This is a great example of a tea whose smell is far greater than the flavor. That being said, the flavor is good, just not great. Furthe...

Milk and sugar makes this tea complete. The sugar, milk and added sweetness creates a lovely balance. The notes of the black tea are not overpowered. They all blend nicely. You can distinguish all of the flavours. I love it! Almond “milk” does work too. I’m sure most “milk” alternatives would work with this b...

Honestly speaking, this was one of the brands I was introduced to after having finally moved from your typical, go to cheap teas (y'know, the luzianne brand people make in gallons) I was really interested in the taste. It's bold- enough for some that aren't used to this kind of tea like myself to be put off at first- b...

Great tea! Very similar to English breakfast tea but is seasoned with lemon and bergamot I believe. The flavor and aroma is absolutely extraordinary! Great with a slash of milk on a Saturday morning! I trade off every week between twinning's earl grey and English breakfast tea. I reccomend this to others because you ne...

Opening the foil pouch releases the scent of vanilla and cream, like custard or eggnog. Adding the water makes the aroma overpowering. This is decaf, so there is probably little tea aroma. Even if there were any, though, it would be completely masked by the flavoring.
The flavoring has a rich sweetness to it, but th...

The oversized teabags contain tea that is quite broken, but still much larger than fannings. It smells strongly of bergamot.
After brewing, the aroma is a nice balance of citrus and an earthy and malty tea. The package doesn't say where the black tea is sourced. It tastes Chinese to me, but the only unflavored black...

I enjoy a lot this tea, it has a very balanced taste. As you can taste the strong flavor of the black tea it also leaves the vanilla scent in your mouth. I think it could have a more aromatic vanilla fragrance. The 2 minutes to prepare it are enough. I also enjoy this tea with milk, it reduces the bitterness if you dis...

Presumably losing the rest of the tea flavor and aroma to the decaffeination process, this tea retains a tannic hint of dry leaves. The Twinings bergamot flavoring tastes much more like sweet oranges and is less bitter than other Earl Grey teas.
I find that the sweet and bitter of the citrus complements the faint ta...

This is a solid black tea. People who enjoy lightly flavored, high quality black teas should like this one. The ginger is quite subtle -- the tea aroma and flavor dominate -- but the ginger came through more for the second cup. The tea makes multiple infusions quite nicely.

Here's another tea I got at a motel breakfast area, but that can be ordered online. If you're familiar with Bigelow's Constant Comment, the taste is a slightly lower-order approximation of that, but without cloves, about the same orange level, similar strength but slightly lower quantity of black tea. Much weaker aro...

Another of the teabags I picked up at a wedding recently. Good quality, but not the sort of blend that I'm crazy about.

I finally tried a couple bags of this preparation after having had some great iced tea made partially therewith (more below). The black tea is rich and smooth, as has been my experience with other Stash bags.

I picked this tea up at a wedding, in a Hilton hotel. It's not widely available here in the US, but I was eager to try it.
