Rose Green Tea from Udyan Tea
Style: Rose Green Tea – Region: Nepal97 / 100 Aroma: 10/10 Flavor: 5/5 Value: 5/5

A beautiful blend. I love rose green tea and I thought this one was exceptional. It's one of the best blended or flavored green teas I've had.
The dry leaf of this smells wonderful and balanced...I can actually smell the tea, usually rose overpowers base teas, especially green teas. The tea smells light and vegeta...

I enjoy Bigelow teas over, say, Lipton or Salada - cheap - about $3 for a box of 24 bags. The green ones (Classic or flavored) are good.

A smooth, creamy tea where the mint aroma is more evident than the base tea. Resteeps very well.
Sampled at the Starbucks in Newark, Delaware.
This is the tea that replaced, or corresponds fairly closely with, the old Tazo Zen, the combination of green tea with spearmint and lemon-scented herbs. Neither tea is a...
Cherry Marzipan (Skin Smart) from Tea Forte

This tea wasn't the worst, but it wasn't really for me. The aroma was better than the flavor. It's possible I over-steeped it, as it went a bit bitter in a distinctively green tea fashion. Basically, I like the idea of this tea better than its execution.

I'm not big on genmaichas, but the light baked rice flavor in this one is comforting. It's nice when I'm in the mood for something savory, but not bitter. No spiciness or sweetness, the flavor is uncomplicated in a way that's nice sometimes.

Teavana's choice to use spearmint, rather than peppermint, is a key to making this team smell less medicinal than some Moroccan mint teas. The smokiness of the gunpowder tea complements the spearmint, which tastes milder taste than peppermint. The aftertaste is a bit astringent, which is solved by drinking more tea.

Nice roasted taste. Before looking up what that popcorn is made of, I thought that it might be some sort of bean because it tastes a bit like some hearty bean. Not bitter at all. Maybe a bit salty. The heartiness and bean flavor almost makes it taste like soup.

I got this tea from Alex Z and it was really good flavor with a sharp Green tea and the mild flavor of Jasmine flower and peach. Just be sure not to use to many pearls.
I enjoyed the Green tea with a fruity flavor of peach because it gives the illusion of adding sweetness with no sweeter. But the Peach really ove...

I saw this at WalMart for around a dollar. Lol cheaper isn't always better, wouldn't recommend this product to anyone.
I tried this tea a few different ways and each time left a funky taste in my mouth. The lemon is overwhelming and the tea taste old and stale.

I wanted so badly to like this tea but I just couldn't. It somehow tasted like cotton candy but not in a good way.

Admittedly I haven't tried many loose leaf green teas to compare this too. I found this at a small coffee shop several years ago and loved it, so I ordered a container online. I've been drinking various bagged green teas for years, and this can't compare. It's really pungent with subtle flavors infused. It's a bit pric...

Meh. To me, the orange flavor wasn't enough to compete with the bitter tea. I'm not particularly into in orange alone as a flavoring, anyway. I saw fannings at the bottom which I suspect were increasing the bitterness over time. Adding honey helped, but overall this tea simply isn't worth the price.

I loved the Aroma of this tea the smell is refreshing, It was lacking in the taste factor though. It tasted like plain green tea but it was still a good attempt. This is definitely the type of tea that you would have with breakfast if you were eating something sweet

I buy this in 16 count boxes of well sealed individual pouches from my (more or less) local Asian supermarket. It's amazingly inexpensive, dependable, and it reminds me of Honey Smacks. I get that smacks are puffed wheat instead of rice but tell that to my brain.

A few years back my wife was in the hospital for a 12 days stretch, and I was there with her to watch and wait. I didn't have a lot of creature comforts at that time, but I did have some matches of Green Tea Tropical. I taste the apricot much more strongly than the green tea, though the green tea does give it body. It could use a little something (like coconut) to add sweetness and complexity, but it's very good. The aroma of apricot is strong and delicious.

I can pick up notes of roses, grass, licorice, bay, tulsi, mysterious sharp spices, pepper, anise, fennel, so many layers and herbs! It is a plethora of plant and spice notes that manage to not be a cacophony or smell like a nasty medicinal brew, which is always a good sign.

Mint Mystique (Mint Green Tea) from Ahmad Tea
Style: Green Tea with Mint – Region: Blend70 / 100 Aroma: 7/10 Flavor: 3/5 Value: 4/5
Apr. 6th, 2015
This is probably my favorite tea by Ahmad so far -- great for when you're in a sweet mood. This one smells exactly like those after dinner peppermints you can get free at many restaurants. If you don't add any sweetener, it can go a bit bitter. But if you add honey, then it also *tastes* exactly like those mints. Defin...

Quite meh. This tea goes bitter too easily and the lemon isn't nearly bright enough for me. Makes multiple cups easily, so that's good if you like it. Unfortunately, though it isn't the worst, it's far from the best tea, imho.

Palais des thes is the best brand I have found for most types of tea. The genmaicha has a quite strong and pleasant taste, and can even endure a long steeping without getting bitter. The taste of the roasted rice gives this tea the added flavour, and you can even eat the rice after (or during!) drinking the tea.

This is a blended tea, but the menthol-esque mint flavor is by far the dominant taste; I didn't even realize that this was a green tea blend until I looked up the product page.
Nonetheless, as far as minty teas go, I like the flavor of this one quite a lot. I'd even buy it in place of a lot of pure mint teas--if it ...
Acai Green Tea from Republic of Tea

Definitely a fruity, juicy tea in a delightful way. I'd like it more if the flavor was either more complex or more robust, but it's pretty solid. The acai is distinct and good. I don't really taste a lot of the green tea flavor, but it does seem to provide substance.
