Camomile, Honey & Vanilla from Twinings
Style: Herbal Tea – Region: Blend19 / 100 Aroma: 3/10 Flavor: 1/5 Value: 3/5
Apr. 2nd, 2019
Dry, the aroma of vanilla is strong and it smells kind of like eggnog. The camomile lends a woody smell so that the overall impression is a bit like perfumed potpourri.
The brewing tea smells of honey surrounded by sweet pastry and the impression is of honeyed biscuits. The flavor is strongly vanilla, so much so tha...
Green Nightly Calm from Twinings
Style: Flavored Green Tea – Region: Blend38 / 100 Aroma: 5/10 Flavor: 2/5 Value: 2/5
Feb. 1st, 2019
I'm honestly not sure what the point of this tea is. This is obviously Nightly Calm herbal tea blended with decaf green tea and it's a nice idea, but Twinings' decaf green is nearly flavorless. The blend tastes just like the Nightly Calm, but still may contain some small amount of caffeine ("less than 0.2%") rather tha...

Cheap Darjeeling? How is this possible? I am a first flush Darjeeling kinda gal and Twinings actual makes a (definitely not first flush, but good enough)bagged Darjeeling that is CHEAP and easy to find. AI can't even believe my office is stocking this - and a also Irish and English Breakfast, Earl Grey, Orange & Spi...

When I was in England... the English gifted me with this tea. They said to me, "Here. Our tea of England. Drink it, and become English." And that I did... The truth is, this tea carries some spiritual essence of England within it's leaves. I don't know if England intentionally grows spiritual tree's in their lands, but...

I like this tea! Oh yes, I like it! The smell is wonderful, truly wonderful. I'm so glad I didn't have to cross far across these lands to acquire this tea. It truly is a treasure, simply. A treasure, indeed... Give it a try - or the very least, subject yourself to it's PLEASANT AROMA. The cinnamon is NOT overwhelming, ...

I'm no big fan of this tea. This tea is not for me..... Anywho! I don't know what I was expecting. The taste of a prince, the taste of a wale... It did not taste like either. Trust me, I know.

I like this as a very neutral delicious tasting Earl grey. The bergamot is much more mild than other teas which makes it perfect to go with various desserts.

Twinings is a very afforadle and accessible brand of bagged teas - and if you like a classic Earl Grey (Bergamot flavor), and if you happen to like lavendar - the aroma of this tea is very nice. I would rather sniff it than drink it! I tried it hot with no dairy (ick) and no sweetener but a tad bit of honey might be ...

This tea smells AMAZING, so christmassy! I could not wait to drink it after opening the box.
However first time it tasted awful, reminded me of soap. I thought “oh no maybe I made it wrong or forgot to wash my strainer properly.” So I tried again being super careful to ensure nothing would taint the flavour and ...

If this were all Christmastime had to offer, I'd say, fast-forward to the new year. Fortunately, it's not. "Christmas Tea" is one of the better Twinings black teas I've tried, but...

Earl Grey Decaffeinated from Twinings
Style: Earl Grey Tea – Region: ?????55 / 100 Aroma: 6/10 Flavor: 3/5 Value: 3/5
Oct. 16th, 2018
A weakly-flavored, not very aromatic tea experience. If you're looking for a very mild, decaffeinated tea that's easy on the stomach, this is a good choice, but if you were hoping for intense flavors, maybe try something else.

Like the others who reviewed this, I was surprised that it tastes nothing like the regular Twinings English Breakfast. I remember that tasting more woody and malty, with a bit of the usual Assam dried fruit note. This has some slightly tangy tropical fruit notes that make me think of Keemun, but it also has this weird ...

Nice taste - better than I was expecting! It's better than Twinings other berry flavored tea's, for sure. I can taste the black tea, but still wish I could taste it more. I like a noticeable added flavor, but still a dominant tea flavor, for flavored tea's. Nothing great, but not bad.

It's good, but it's just a very simple lemon flavor. The black tea flavor is too weak. Tastes a little too artificial. Twinings has better lemon/citrus flavored tea's, for sure.

Smells and tastes like a firepit. That's all I need to say. But that ain't all I'm sayin'... So, this tea, if you've got a rough demeanor, is just for you. Me and my few biker friends will enjoy this stuff now and then. We all may sit by the firepit after a ride, smoke some cigars, and drink some burnt wood tea ("BWT" ...

One of my favorite Twinings tea's! They really make some good stuff!! I've reviewed a lot of their tea's!!! So, let's get down to business: This is a good tea. It's fine. It's just not for me. "Darjeeling" (where'd they come up with that name??) won't commit to woody, smoky, or neither. It's a little of each, and I like tea's that COMMIT to certain flavors... It's not distinctive enough, my friends. It just isn't, friends.

Real great! As was said before, does not need much sweetener. I like taking one of these, and one basic black tea to make some sweet tea. You don't taste a strong ole BLACK tea flavor. That's why it's good mixed, still with less sugar than for regular sweet tea. However, it's still good alone. Better cold.
