Eh, this one wasn't bad, not my favorite though. I didn't notice anything outstanding here. I was expecting more of a floral smell than it produced, and more flavor. It reminded me of a light green tea, similar to what Emily suggested.
I will give extra points for this being organic!

This tea was great! I got three brews out of it, all well flavored. The third was quite possibly the best. The second brew was a little too light for me,which could have been because I steeped it for a shorter time with cooler water. I loved the vegetable tones and how smooth it was!

The aroma of this little tuo is not very strong, with faint notes of wet hay, sweet freshly mown hay, a bit of yeasty bread, a touch of mineral, and salty lotus leaf. I really enjoyed this fresh, smooth tea. Interestingly, I found it quite easy to brew at work, where the hot, filtered water is at a set temperature. I'm still playing around with preparing it at home. Regardless, it has proven a solid, calming cup whether alone or with food.
