This is a really smooth delicious Yunnan. It is woodsy, with honey and astringent notes mixed in. The aroma is very Yunnan, with a bit of floral around the edges. This is a very nice tea, smooth and sweet, but with some depth to it. It is very characteristic of the Yunnans of the past few years, as it is not as deep, not as spicy nor as chocolatey as it used to was. I found you can do a second infusion if you use half the water for about 5 minutes.

Huh, a black tea made in the style of a green. How 'bout that? The leaves have been hand-rolled in a heated wok so they seem to be like Bi Luo Chun - Green Snail Spring.
