I like this one, but I admit, at this point (July 2017), it is still a bit rough around the edges.

This tea is made with leaves from two different towns and I could taste this when drinking it. It was both sweet and bitter, astringent and mouth-watering. There was this very present duality in it, throughout the entire drinking experience. It didn't make me jittery or have a negative effect in regards to caffeine or alertness, which actually surprised me because it's only a year old. I was encouraged by this. I was also encouraged by the relatively pleasant, even, and long-lasting feeling it imparted.

While it lasted for many, many brews without losing its flavor or effect, it was also really rough on my throat, particularly towards the end. So, if drinking this one now, I'd recommend just brewing it a few times and being cautious about it. The sweet notes were really good, so I feel like this will be a great tea in a few years. But, for the time being, it's one to enjoy in moderation.
