On its own, this is a kind of ho-hum tea, tastingkind of woody and over-roasted, without any grapiness to speak of. However, I added some cream to it and that rounded out all the rough edges and made it sweeter and good enough to have 3 cups in a row.

You need to treat this one as a green and only brew it for 2 minutes. I was not impressed with it hot, but as a cold-brewed tea in the fridge for 5 hours, it was lovely, with a full mouth feel and a somewhat nutty, malty flavor.
