a mild tea that does seem to relax and put you to sleep mildly...not big on flavor though

I definitely found this tea to be much more potent than the regular sleepytime, which is pleasant and relaxing. I drank this only once, in college, when I was having trouble sleeping, and I slept really well.
The regular blend though I would drink much more regularly, just because I like the way it tastes. I do find this blend tastes worse, and I think it's because of the valerian...I really do not like the way valerian tastes and smells. The other ingredients mask it somewhat, but it's still there, screaming
