I love tea. My dad used to get tons of loose leaf stuff from China and Taiwan. He would make very strong tea in his clay teapot. By the time the tea was done brewing, the teapot was completely filled to the top with expanded tea leaves. Not your customary one teaspoon dry leaf brew. Anyway...

I like black tea (called red tea in Chinese. Chinese black tea is something else all together...) brewed pretty strong with honey and whole milk. Brew times depend on if I'm busy with one of my children, so my tea never turns out the same. Oh well.
