A small, paper tea bag with finely-broken leaf.
Brewed carefully, steeped only 1 minute with about 160-170F water. Produced a strongly aromatic cup, mostly jasmine. The jasmine fragrance smelle a bit unnatural.
Fairly bold, but smooth flavor. Little harshness or bitterness, but very full-bodied. Enjoyable to drink, nice flavor, but aroma wasn't as natural or complex as I'd like; I especially couldn't notice the base tea as much in the aroma.
I think this is overpriced for what it is. The tea bags themselves are small and somewhat flimsy, and there's not a lot of leaf. In this price range, you can get higher-quality tea bags. And this just doesn't stack up to loose-leaf.
