Half-litre pot at home, made from a sample included in the tea company's Advent Tea Calendar (2020) and consisting of fine leaves of Rooibos, bits of almonds, cardamom husks and seeds and cinnamon, all sprinkled with flavour. Pours clear light copper brown (against white china) with no sediment. Clear aroma of almonds and Rooibos leaves, with notes of cinnamon and mild touches of cardamom. Herbal-sweetish flavour of rooibos, with clear almond notes and touches of cinnamon and cardamom. Creamy and mildly herbal palate, with touches of almonds and fruity hints. A nice and well-balanced drink. It comes at a reasonable price, too, given the context (ca. €0.42 per 1 sample in the collection). I might consider buying a regular portion one day.
