Commercial Description
...Our keemun is the superior grade known as “hao ya” and is made by artisans from Qi Men Town according to the traditional method of manufacture. Its rich flavor is smooth with a deep burgundy infusion with notes of port wine and a tinge of fresh pine smoke.
Brewing Instructions: (from Rishi Tea)
Water: 212˚F / Boiling / Leaves: 1 teaspoon per 8 ounces / Infusion Time: 4–5 minutes
