Seven Cups is a tea company based in Tucson, Arizona, specializing in traditionally processed Chinese teas, directly sourced from producers in China. The company started as a small stand at the St. Phillip’s Farmers Market in Tucson, and has since expanded by opening several tea houses, in Tucson, AZ, Denver CO, and in China in the Lu Yu Museum of Tea Culture, Changxing.

The Denver location has closed, but the Tucson location and the company's online store are both still open.

I sampled this in a blind tea tasting, alongside with the 2011 batch of this same tea. The two teas, while recognizably similar in style, were radically different in overall character.
