Tea Leaves Steeping in a Gaiwan, Photo by Etienne FAT
This photo shows loose-leaf tea leaves steeping in a gaiwan, with someone lifting the lid just above the dish. I'm not sure exactly what kind of tea this is...it looks dark green and could possibly be a green tea, but the darker color could be characteristic of all sorts of other tea types as well.
