This was an interesting tea to try, mainly for the historical connection to the Boston Tea Party. I wish I were able to try the loose-leaf tea, because the tea bag wasn't terribly impressive.
Brewed as recommended, 3 minutes with boiling water, the tea bag produced a cup with little aroma, much less than Lipton and other mainstream low-end tea bags. However, the cup had a surprisingly pleasant flavor: crisp and pleasingly bitter, with very little astringency or sourness.
I thought this quite overpriced for its quality though: at $6.50 for only 25 tea bags, I could buy any number of other brands that offer superior quality.
