The aroma of this delightfully fuzzy tea is initially citrus sweet but also has notes of papery. I know, papery is an odd thing to say about a tea's aroma but to me it smells like artisan Washi and very pleasant. There are also notes of cedar and fresh greenery. Once the tea is steeped it takes on the aroma of artichoke and spinach mixed with citrus.
The flavor is wonderful, of course, but the first thing I notice is the wonderfully fuzzy mouthfeel from the trichomes. The taste is initially savory mixing spinach and artichoke but it finishes the flavor with orange blossom sweetness
