This is the only tea that people have tasted and asked me what brand it is, because they liked it so much. Even at work, where we had a big tea round where our staples were Yorkshire and Twinings, so the bar was set fairly high already. I am a big fan of Assam and Kenya teas. As one friend said to me, "it tastes like what tea is supposed to taste like". For me it is the right blend of maltiness and freshness. I suppose I would liken the freshness similar to that of Twinings Traditional Afternoon, but with a bit more body to it like a breakfast tea, maybe like Yorkshire. I've had a few cups of it this morning, which I thoroughly enjoyed and spurred me into writing a review.
