This is a delicious, light-bodied (super light, actually) and fruity fragrant tea. You smell it more than you taste it - at least for me. Terrific at brunch - as Ariel says. I do think it would be pleasant as an iced tea - but you'd have to hot-brew it and let it steep a long time before chilling. (Don;t over ice it or it will taste watered-down. Very pleasant and even my 11 year old kid likes this one.
