As with many tea Forte - it's all about packaging and presentation. tea Forte is my go-to when I want a showy gift - but the teas themselves are not the best ever - but they are very good. This one - Ginger Pear (More like Fruit and Pear) is tasty and sweet - good hot or iced but you must steep it at least 4-5 minutes. Very pale (white tea) and fruity scented. Less noticeable on the ginger. I like Republic of Teas ginger peach much better - but this is a lovely spring/summer tea. Please don;t add dairy to this one - just drink it as-is or add a wee bit of honey/sweetener if you like (might be nice over ice).
