As with most of Stash's teas, I am quite impressed with the level of quality that is available in these inexpensive tea bags which are available in most supermarkets.
Aroma is slightly toasty, slighty grassy...almost like they've blended a Chinese pan-fired tea with a Japanese steamed green tea. Not terribly complex, but there's only a hint of the stale, flat qualities in the aroma that characterize most cheaper green tea in teabags.
A little bit of bitterness and astringency, which can become more if the water is too hot or if you steep too long. But, like most of Stash's teas, this one isn't particularly picky about the brewing.
