The package list this tea as a blend of Assam and Kenyan black teas. The aroma has the strong earthy scent that is pleasant. The liquor is a strong, deep brown with a slight red tint (5 min steep). The taste has a tangy after taste, I associate with the Kenyan tea. Strong, great for a morning wake up. Certainly, strong enough for cream or sugar. Overall, very enjoyable.
