A lovely, smooth oolong. I brought the water to 185 °F and steeped it for a few minutes. It has a hint of herbaceousness, almost floweriness, and overall tastes like a very solid, everyday tea. I wonder how it would do if left to steep longer, as I like my teas strong. I experienced no bitterness or anything unpleasan...
